Sound familiar?

You called in under a minute. Four agents called first.

  1. 01“I already got a quote,” before you finish your name.
  2. 02Half the numbers ring to a voicemail box nobody ever set up.
  3. 03Someone swears they never filled out a form, and your vendor stops answering email.
  4. 04You paid exclusive prices and still hear “you’re the third call today.”

What you actually want

People who asked for a quote, remember asking, and haven’t heard from anyone else. Plus a record that proves it.

What you’ve tried

Three ways agents buy leads, and where each one breaks

Shared lead marketplaces

Sold to 3–8 agents

Cheap per lead, sold to several agents at once. You race call centers running power dialers, and the shopper stops picking up after the third ring.

Breaks on: exclusivity

“Exclusive” lead vendors

Exclusive, proof on request

Better contact rates. But ask for proof the shopper agreed to a call and you often get a spreadsheet row with a timestamp.

Breaks on: proof

Running your own ads

Your budget, plus your weekends

You control the source. You also pay the most per lead, write the consent language, fix the landing page, and fight form spam on Saturday mornings.

Breaks on: cost and time

The real problem

It’s not how fast you dial. It’s that you can’t see where the lead came from.

Shared leads, pricey “exclusive” leads, and your own ads all break the same way: you can’t see the page the shopper was on, what they typed, or what they agreed to. So you can’t judge a lead before you dial, and you can’t defend the call after. More speed doesn’t fix that. A record does.

The cost of guessing

What one lead without proof can cost you

$500

Per call or text under the TCPA when you can’t show the consumer agreed to be contacted.

$1,500

Per call or text if a court finds the violation willful or knowing.

$18,000

One disputed lead, worked through a normal 12-touch follow-up, at the willful rate.

Figures from 47 U.S.C. § 227(b)(3). This is not legal advice. Ask your own counsel about your calling and texting practices.

It’s already happening

Three cases where the consent didn’t hold up

  1. ~$30Mexposure

    Ward v. Liberty Mutual · D. Mass. · June 2026

A carrier bought leads from a lead vendor, who bought them from a website. The website never listed the carrier as a company allowed to call. The court certified a class of about 20,000 people who got prerecorded calls. The carrier also sued its lead vendor for $1.36 million.

The gap: the company calling wasn’t named on the form.

  2. $19Msettlement

    Mantha v. QuoteWizard · D. Mass. · 2025

An insurance lead company texted shoppers on the Do Not Call list, relying on consent collected on partner websites. Those pages never mentioned the company by name. The class covered 66,693 phone numbers.

The gap: the company calling wasn’t named on the form.

  3. $2.5Mpenalty + robocall ban

    FTC v. Fluent · 2023

A lead generator collected “consent” on free-reward and job-offer websites, then sold more than 620 million leads to telemarketers. The FTC called these sites consent farms.

The gap: the shopper came for a prize, not a quote.

From court filings and FTC announcements. Class certification and settlements are not findings of liability. Not legal advice.

What we promise instead

Every lead answers the questions those cases turned on.

Who was the shopper told would call? What did they agree to? Where did they agree to it? You get the answer with the lead, before you dial.

01

You’re on the list first

The consent names VeroQuote and links to our partner list. Your agency is on that list before your first lead, and each lead records which dated version the shopper agreed to.

02

No certificate, no lead

Every lead carries a TrustedForm certificate. A lead without one is never sent, so you never pay for one.

03

The exact words

The consent text, word for word, with the time, IP address, device, and page URL.

04

A quote form, not a prize page

Shoppers come to a form that asks about auto or home insurance. No sweepstakes, surveys, or free-sample offers.

05

One buyer per realtime lead

Sold to you, then closed. Nobody else gets the call.

06

Checked before it’s sent

Phone validated, duplicates removed, known TCPA litigators scrubbed out.

The offer

Leads that arrive with their own receipt

Two products. The same consent record on both.

Realtime · exclusive

Fresh leads, sold once

Sold once, to you. Posted to your system within seconds of the shopper pressing submit.

  • Your agency on the partner list the shopper agreed to
  • Your states, ZIP codes, hours, and daily cap
  • Sold to you only. Not resold.

Aged · 7–30 days

Recent leads, lower cost

Leads from the last 7 to 30 days, with the original consent record. A low-cost list for dialers and follow-up campaigns.

  • Mixed: some exclusive, some shared. Each record says which.
  • See who the shopper agreed to hear from before you dial
  • Pull by API or download a CSV

Every lead includes: TrustedForm certificate · exact consent text and timestamp · IP address and device · page URL · phone line-type check · 30-day duplicate check · TCPA litigator scrub. Pricing comes with your test batch.

How it works

Three steps from a shopper’s click to your CRM

1

Set your filter

Pick states, ZIP codes, auto or home, and a daily cap. Set delivery hours so leads only arrive when someone can call.

2

A shopper asks for a quote

They fill out an insurance quote form and agree to be contacted by VeroQuote and its listed partner agencies, including you. TrustedForm records the session. We check the phone, look for duplicates, and scrub known TCPA litigators.

3

It lands in your CRM

We post the lead to your API, webhook, or inbox in seconds, then mark it sold. A realtime lead goes to one buyer: you.

The first thing you get

This is what lands in your CRM

A real lead record, with fake data. Every field you see here arrives on every realtime auto lead.

consent.consent_text

The exact words next to the button they pressed, and the time they pressed it.

consent.partner_list_version

The dated version of our partner list the shopper agreed to. Your agency is on it. Every version stays online.

What we verified before sending. Leads that fail a check are not sent.

Carrier, months insured, and renewal date, so you know when to call back.

line: "home"

Home leads carry property fields instead of vehicles: year built, square feet, roof age, and current home carrier.

What changes

Day one, and month three

Day one

  • Leads post to your CRM with the certificate link on the record.
  • You open a few certificates and see exactly what each shopper filled out.
  • Your team calls people who asked for a call, while they still remember asking.

Month three

  • You know your cost per quote and per bound policy, by state and ZIP.
  • You raise caps where leads bind and cut the ZIPs where they don’t.
  • Every lead in your book has a consent record you can hand to anyone who asks.

Proof

We’re new. Here’s proof that doesn’t ask you to trust us.

You won’t find made-up testimonials on this page. Here are two things you can check yourself before you spend real money.

Proof 1

Open the certificate

Every lead links to its TrustedForm certificate. Open it and watch the shopper fill out the form, with the consent text on screen. Retain it in your own TrustedForm account and the record stays with you, even if you stop buying from us.

Proof 2

Run a test batch

Start small at the normal price. Track answer rate, quotes, and binds in your own CRM, with your own team. Buy more only if your numbers say so.

The details

How delivery, filters, and billing work

Delivery
HTTPS POST in JSON or form-encoded fields, a webhook, or email. Aged leads can also come as a CSV. Failed posts retry, and every attempt is logged with your response code.
Works with
Anything that accepts a webhook or a lead email: AgencyZoom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and most dialers. We map fields to your system during setup.
Filters
State, ZIP code, line (auto or home), currently insured, homeowner, number of vehicles, delivery hours, and daily and hourly caps.
Fields
Contact and address, current carrier and months insured, renewal date, vehicles and drivers or property details, the full consent record, and the result of every check.
Billing
Prepaid balance. Each lead is charged when it’s delivered. You get a low-balance alert before delivery pauses.
Returns
Disconnected number, wrong person, or a duplicate you already bought? Return it within 72 hours for a credit.
Aged leads
7–30 days old. A mix of exclusive and shared; each record says which and carries the original consent text. Pull by API or download a CSV.

The record stays yours

Retain certificates in your own TrustedForm account. They don’t leave when you do.

For your partner or office manager

How to explain it in thirty seconds

“We’re testing a lead source that sells each realtime lead to us only. Our agency is on the partner list the shopper agrees to, and every lead comes with a TrustedForm certificate, so if someone says they never asked for a call, we can pull up the recording of them filling out the form. We’re starting with a small batch and tracking cost per bound policy.”

Or the short version

  • Exclusive, and we’re on the consent list.
  • If they say they never asked, we can show the form they filled out.
  • Small test first. Then we scale what binds.

Next step

Tell us your states. We’ll set up a test batch.

Fill this out and we’ll reply within one business day with a sample lead record, the full field spec, your pricing, and a test batch for your area.

  1. 01We reply within one business day.
  2. 02You get a sample record, the field spec, and pricing.
  3. 03You approve a small test batch. No contract.
